Applications are invited from youth participants particularly NSS, NCC, NYKS, representatives from Local Bodies, Faculty Members, research scholars, students from colleges, universities of North Eastern region for a 3 days ToT on Capacity Building in Local Government being organised by ICSSR-NERC and sponsored by Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), Chennai from December 3-5, 2018 at the ICSSR-NERC, NEHU Campus, Shillong – 793022.
Interested candidates may apply online or download the application format from www.icssrnerc.org and send the same to the following address by November 15, 2018. Selected candidates will be provided accommodation on twin sharing basis and their actual travel expenses (bus or II Class train fare) will be reimbursed.
