ONE-DAY PANEL DISCUSSION ON
Remembering mahatma gandhi through his contributions

Mahatma Gandhi was a destiny maker, influential personality, an institution and a philosophy by himself. He was a great reformer and practitioner of ideas. It is unbelievable that a loin-clad man could revolutionize the thought process of the humankind. Gandhian Thoughts are more relevant today than ever before in view of the widespread violence in the name of religion, selfishness, hunger for power, etc. Today’s youth seems to be less interested in realising the significance of Gandhian ideas. In order to understand Gandhi and his ideas better on account of his 150th Birth Anniversary, the ICSSR-NERC, Shillong is organising one-day Panel Discussion on Remembering Mahatma Gandhi through His Contributions in its Conference Hall on 25th October 2019 at 10.30AM.
